If you losing 8-12 kilograms of body fat and becoming toned, sounds like thoughts of a distant dream, then Workout Daley's 'Weight Loss' Fitness Plan offers all the tools to help make that a reality.
By starting to easily track your daily calorie intake, you're first going to learn how many calories you should be eating per your height & age, and how many you are consuming right now - then for the next 12-weeks, you're going to consume
a reasonable amount less than that
(having a calorie-deficit).
Coupling this with improved nutrition, an increase in your daily cardio activity, and strength training
to help burn fat and build muscle,
Workout Daley is going help you change your body, in ways you didn't think were possible.
Via your My PT Hub App, you will be introduced to a mix of full-body weight training exercises, as well varied cardio activities, which will be tailored to any specific exercise requirements you may have. The session splits will be designed
for 3 days-on, 1 day-off -
so 5 days of commitment**
to the gym per week

Workout Daley will be with you every step of the way. Demonstrating each exercise via the My PT Hub App, with short-snippet videos that you can glance at whilst at the gym, to ensure you're using the right form to avoid injuries and gain the best outcomes possible.
You'll have a weekly 1-2-1 Video Call with Workout Daley's expert PT Daley Clark. Here he can check-in on your progress, make any necessary tweaks to the programme based on your feedback, and can answer any questions you may have. What's-more, you'll also have a direct chat facility with him, via the My PT Hub App - when we say we're here to support you, we mean it.
We want to set-you-up to succeed from the get-go. So that means helping you fuel your body in the right way, to support all the hard-work you are putting in at the gym.
In the first 6-8 weeks, if you start to refer to this guide every time you go shopping, you'll start to create new eating & drinking habits, which we trust will stay with you long-after your training plan has ended.
Whether you are a beginner starting regular exercise or a person wanting to take your training to the next level, Workout Daley can help simplify
your experience.
Maybe you don't fully understand fitness-related jargon that you read online or hear from others at the gym, or perhaps you lack confidence to take-on a new exercise because you don't know how to use the equipment - don't worry, we've been there,
and we've got it covered.
It may sound simple, but if you are paying hard-earned money to help change your life in a defined period of time, we will ensure all communication with Workout Daley regarding exercise, fitness,
health and nutrition, is made in the clearest, layman's-terms possible.
** 12 weeks is deemed by Workout Daley, the optimum timeframe required, to achieve the desired results. However 6 and 16 week pricing options are available.
You might want to choose the 6 week option, if you are hesitant
about the financial outlay upfront / your level of commitment to the cause (although do be aware, that purchasing another 6 week package to top-up to the 12 weeks,
would cost slightly more than buying a stand-alone 12 week package).
You may opt for the 16 week option,
if you feel that for your own circumstances you would like
abit more support and coaching,
to achieve your goals
(this package is the most
cost-effective per week).
